PROFESSIONAL CAREER
As a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner, Dylan began his accounting career as a teenager assisting his grandparents with bookkeeping and reconciliations for their espresso stands. Originally a biology & chemistry student at Portland State, Dylan pursued an accounting degree in 2011 after falling in love with the unique blend of math, writing, and law in accounting. He worked in several sectors including a small general tax practice, governmental organizations, large-scale software and IT, all of which made him understand that he wanted to work directly with clients to design proactive solutions to their tax problems. He enjoys helping clients by understanding all of the complexities and how they can feed into a simple to understand solution.

In his spare time, you’ll find Dylan enjoying Portland restaurants, playing Nintendo games, and writing at the library or coffee shops. He is most at peace in the mountains and the forests. His all time favorite place in the world, summer or winter, is Whistler B.C.
