You can toggle between your Personal Profile and your Business Profiles by clicking on the name in the bottom left of the screen. All of your entities will be listed on the menu, and you can select which one you would like to view.
We always encourage clients to send us files or documents through the secure portal, especially if the documents have sensitive personal or business information.
Step #1: Log Into Your Portal
Click here to login to the portal then go to the Profile you wish you upload the Document to by togging between Personal and Business Profiles, clicking on the name in the bottom left of the screen. Once you are in the correct Profile follow the next step.
Step #2: Sending Files
Click on the Files folder on the left-hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the page will appear a blue ‘Add a File’ Button. Once you click on that search for the file you want to share with us from the pop up and click the one you want. You should have the option to rename the document and hit save. You will have ten minutes to rename or delete the file if you wish.
If this is a time sensitive document that you need addressed, we always recommend emailing us letting us know you uploaded something by giving us a call at (503) 239-8432.
Once you have logged into your portal you can click on the Billing button or the Home button. Any bill or invoice will show up at the top along with a blue ‘Make aPayment’ button.
Please note if you have multiple businesses you will need to toggle between your Profiles by clicking on the name on the bottom left side of the screen.

In most of our emails there will be a direct link to the document or questionnaire that we have uploaded into your Client Portal. In the case that you have deleted the original email, log into your Client Portal and click on the ‘To Do’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Login with your old email to the Client Portal. Click on the name on the bottom left of the screen, go to ‘User Settings’ and update any information. Please note updating this email here will only change your login credentials; to change the email your accountant uses to contact you please contact the office by email or by phone.
