Lauren began refining her operations management skills with several others firms before joining Cobalt in 2017. Since then she’s been an integral part of the team on many levels- from Human Resources, to Client Success, to all around resource, Lauren keeps Cobalt ticking.
Lauren is whip-smart and spends her free time reading, playing trivial pursuit, and winning quiz nights at the local pub with friends. You're often likely to find her completing a New York Times crossword puzzle as well.
