Tyler, a long-time Portlander, operates as our Lead Associate on the Compliance Services Team. He says one of his favorite aspects of working at Cobalt is the inclusive and fun environment, which he feels lucky to work in every day. Tyler was originally inspired to pursue a career in Accounting by his high school accounting teacher Elmer Lampe. With 30+ years of experience preparing and reviewing taxes, he is a pillar of our team and can answer even the trickiest of tax questions.
While away from Cobalt, Tyler enjoys fishing, camping, and sharing a meal with his friends and family. Despite being a long-time tax accountant, Tyler also has a creative side and expresses it through woodworking and making furniture. Like many other fathers, Tyler finds satisfaction working on his home and teaching his sons the intricacies of homeownership.
